We want you to be satisfied with our service. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions and credit purchases on our platform.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase if:

  • You have used less than 20% of your included credits
  • You have not generated more than 50 images or had more than 100 conversations
  • You contact support within 30 days of your initial purchase

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your subscription period.

3. Credit Pack Refunds

Credit packs are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we may issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If a technical error prevented you from using purchased credits
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Purchases: If your account was compromised and credits were purchased without your authorization

Refund requests for credit packs must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before more than 10% of the credits have been used.

4. Token Purchases

Tokens are virtual currency used for specific features on our platform. Token purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is complete. Unused tokens remain in your account and do not expire.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods may vary depending on the provider

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
  • Unused credits will remain in your account for 90 days after cancellation
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Subscriptions or credits purchased during promotional periods are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will be issued based on the discounted price paid, not the regular price.

9. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refunds. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Abuse of the platform or its features
  • Violation of content guidelines
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
  • Harassment of other users or staff

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting our support team, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated. We encourage you to work with us directly to resolve any billing issues.

11. Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, we may offer:

  • Extension of your subscription period
  • Additional credits as compensation
  • Prorated refunds for the affected period

Compensation will be determined based on the severity and duration of the interruption.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
